  • A top US-based Telecommunication Company turned to RRTG to assist in the deployment of a Cisco-based VoIP solution at more than 4,000 locations. In 2007, over 60,000 Cisco VoIP phones were deployed in these locations. RRTG resources have a significant role in all project aspects, including: Project Management, Site Surveys, Engineering Design/Implementation, Site Readiness and Deployment.
  • For a leading home improvement corporation, RRTG is involved in a project that entails relocating all mission critical retail and store functioning routers, switches and servers in a single night move to insure zero downtime to the day-to-day operations of the store.
  • A major automotive service company leveraged RRTG’s experienced field resources in a multi-phased store upgrade including site surveys, voice/data cabling, and systems installation/upgrades at more than 400 locations.
  • A leading retail company has utilized Red River Technology Group in multiple deployments across the United States beginning with three month workstation rollout project for more than 5,200 PCs at approximately 1,100 store locations. A separate three month project involved the refresh of 3,300 printers in more than 730 stores.
  • With the advent of traffic counters at retail locations, RRTG’s local model has been leveraged on several occasions to provide installation services. From mid-2005 to present, site survey and installations have been performed at more than 1,100 shoe stores, 600 cellular provider stores, 360 consumer electronics stores, 200 upscale clothing stores, and 200 home furnishing stores, amongst others.
  • As part of a leading-edge implementation opportunity, RRTG has installed automated propane dispensing kiosks at over 800 home improvement stores within the past 10 months for one of the largest US propane sales companies.
  • At a large fabric company RRTG has performed data cabling, POS, PC and Printer installations and refreshes as part of more than 80 new store builds and 50 remodels.
  • For an upscale men’s clothing store, RRTG was deployed as part of a six month, 239 site project aimed at the installation of new and upgrade of existing POS systems. The scope included installation of VPN connections and upgrades to POS software as well.
  • A large restaurant chain contracted RRTG to provide teams for a 350 location POS upgrade project. The project scope included installation of new POS systems, migration of data and installation of credit/debit terminals for compliance in interaction with newly installed satellite technology.
  • RRTG’s local delivery model was tested and proven to be successful through a project that encompassed the installation of new handheld scanners at 480 big box superstore locations across the US. The project was completed over a 21 day timeframe.
